As your Rockland County family dentist, we want to make sure all the families in our community stay healthy and safe when they come to our office for dental care. We’re prioritizing your safety each step of the way as we navigate this pandemic. Here’s how it works.
You’ll experience an extra level of care the moment you pull into our parking lot. You’ll call to let us know you’ve arrived, and one of our friendly dental support staff members will come out to greet you.
We have a simple form for you to fill out that lets us know how you’re feeling and whether you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 recently, or are experiencing symptoms. We’ll also take your temperature at this time, while you’re waiting comfortably in your car for your appointment.
Next, our staff will call you to come inside once it’s time for your appointment to begin. One of our dental assistants will meet you when you come through the door, and show you to your treatment chair.
Your appointment will be conducted as usual, and you may notice some extra protective equipment used by our team. When your appointment is complete, we’ll help you schedule your next visit.
During this unusual time, we are limiting use of our waiting room, playroom, and kids’ iPad stations to maintain the highest levels of safety for you and your family. We are so looking forward to being able to welcome their use again soon!
